Chef Christopher Smith
Chef Christopher Smith is the Executive Chef at Cafe Britley. Born and raised in Florida, Chef Christopher started his culinary career at home. where he first learned from his mother. He continued his formal education at the Treasure Island Job Corps Center and broadened his horizons in San Francisco at Saison which held two MICHELIN Stars under the direction of Chef Joshua Skenes. After graduation, he refined his technique at Quince then with two MICHELIN Stars.
He now returns to Treasure Island where he brings his expertise and passion of cooking to Cafe Britley exclusively to the people who live and work on Yerba Buena Island and Treasure Island. Through his commitment to quality and his unwavering dedication to his craft, Chef Christopher invites diners to embark on a gastronomic journey through the flavors of his upbringing, promising a culinary experience that is both familiar and unforgettable.
